You have to decide what is important when you stay at a hotel and make a decision. For me, this hotel had two unacceptable problems which I listed last. We stayed in the apartment section. I'm not sure about the condition of the rooms in the hotel section. Great..... - The geographical location. Itā€™s off the beaten path but still near the larger city up the coast. Lots of nice restaurants within a short drive. - The price might be considered great but it is really in line with the condition of the hotel and the facilities - Nice pool. Plenty of lounge chairs. Good...... - The rooms are large and empty. You won't be crowded! - The exterior is maintained fairly well. There are lots of flower pots on the hotel balconies that could use some new plants. - Despite the wear and tear on the rooms, they are clean. - Breakfast was ok and inexpensive. - The staff do their job. No complaints. Nothing extraordinary either. Not so good...... Bare bones environment. My idea of camping but not a hotel. The apartments are sort of like a not so nice Motel 6 with a microwave, small cooktop, and fridge. The place is in need of a serious remodel. It is way past its prime. Many things are worn out. The faucet in the kitchenette was attached to a wooden counter that has probably rotted given the way it moved around and the mound of sealant used to hold it in place. - There is no concept of a full / king size bed. You get two twin beds in the bedroom and they are pushed together (and slide apart!) - The living room becomes another bedroom if you have 4 people. It's not a typical sofa bed. They setup beds that are not put away during the day. So no sofa unless you want to disassemble and move a bed. . Even worse is the beds are very different in height. One was close to a foot higher than the other and they are placed side to side so small person to the top, large to the bottom if you roll in your sleep. - The single TV in the living area is an old picture tube model and small. This doesn't cut it in todayā€™s widescreen broadcast format. The remote did not work either. - The apartment has a separate bedroom but no TV in the bedroom. In fact, there is almost nothing in the bedroom. No radio. No clock. - The is no daily linen service. You reuse your towels. Iā€™m not sure how often they replace them. Not a problem for me but you have to give me a place to hang them so they dry. There is none. There was one towel rack on the vanity for the hand towel and one hook for something but not enough for 4 large towels to dry. No outside rack. No inside rack or line to hang wet bathing suits. - No shampoo or other amenities other than a small bar of soap. Lucky I brought some along. - Of course there is nothing as exotic as a iron and ironing board in the room. Not sure if you can request one. - Most of our view was of the hotel rooms in the building on the other side. - No privacy on the balcony from your neighbors on each side. - No lounge chairs on the patio. Just a plastic table and 4 cheap plastic chairs. Unacceptable...... - Parking. There are more rooms than parking spaces. You might have to park along the shoulder of the highway in the dirt and walk in. This is simply not acceptable. This area is very isolated. You need a car. Therefore you need a place to park it. - Windows and room security are a major problem. This area is apparently safe but I donā€™t like sleeping with the windows open where somebody can easily enter. We had things stolen once in a hotel so I take no chances. The apartments have outside hallways. The door locks and wooden frames are no challenge even for an amateur. The bedroom windows are on the external hallway. There are no screens, bars, or security at all. No locks to allow even a partial opening. If he window is open, anybody can crawl through from the hallway without making a sound. On the other side, the balcony is easily accessible for a person with minor climbing skills from other rooms. You canā€™t leave the balcony sliding door open. No A/C. No ceiling fans. Not cool, no pun intended. So we slept with the windows and doors closed at night. For this reason alone Iā€™ll never stay at this hotel again.

Mooi gelegen aan zee bij een leuk klein dorp
Sol bestaat uit twee delen. Het hotel en de appartementen. Beide gebruiken de zelfde voorzieningen, zoals het zwembad. Wij verbleven in een appartement met een geweldig uitzicht op zee en het dorp. Nadeel was het buitenterras van het restaurant pal naast ons appartement. Opmerkelijk: voor badlakens betaal je een borg van EUR20. Nog opmerkelijker: voor een wissel van badlaken betaal je 1 Euro!!!! Appartement wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt als onderdeel van de service.

Hotelanlage ganz schƶn, aber mit Pannen
ZunƤchst war das Appartement, das wir - schon vor einem halben Jahr - gebucht hatten, nicht frei. Mussten 2 Tage in ein Hotel-Zimmer, zwar mit Meerblick, aber kaum Sonne auf dem Balkon. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren neu. Dazu bekamen wir Halbpension, die BĆ¼ffets waren super, aber man bekam keinen Sitzplatz. 4er Tische waren nur mit 2 Personen besetzt... war auch sehr eng. Einfach zuviele Leute auf zu kleinem Raum, der trotzdem BahnhofshallenatmosphƤre hatte. Die Kellner vƶllig Ć¼berfordert und dadurch auch unwirsch. Die Appartements sind alt, abgewohnt, schlecht ausgestattet. Balkon / Terrasse mit unbequemen PlastikstĆ¼hlen. Bad uralt, mit Dusche in der Badewanne. Ɯberall pfiff der Wind durch. Der Fahrstuhl uralt, klapperte, die Zimmer schlecht erreichbar, man musste insgesamt 4 Stockwerke zu Fuss gehen, erst die letzten 3 Stockwerke waren dann mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. ParkplƤtze sind Mangelware, auch die zum mieten. aber es kommen alle mit Mietwagen!

Nach den Bewertungen in diversen Portalen habe wir nicht viel erwartet - und wurden positiv Ɯberrascht. Wir bekamen ein groƟes Apartment mit einem riesigen Balkon -direkt am Meer. Wer allerdings GerƤuschempfindlich ist, dem empfehle ich ein anderes Zimmer - das Meeresrauschen ist recht laut. Ich liebe das allerings... Das Apartment scheint frisch renoviert worden zu sein. Neues Bad mit "Regendusche". Die KĆ¼che war einfach und "verbraucht". Allerdings haben wir auch nicht gekocht. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksbĆ¼ffet war abwechslungsreich. Alles da - sogar gutes Brot, was fĆ¼r Deutsche ja sehr wichtig ist ;-)). Der Service beim FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war klasse. Es wurde stƤndig nachgelegt, Tische wurden sofort abgerƤumt und neu gedeckt. Der Ausblick vom Restaurant direkt aufs Meer war spitze. Die Lage Puerto Naos ist sehr gut - alles ist in max. einer Stunde zu erreichen. In Poerto Naos selbst sind viele gute Lokale, wo man abends essen gehen kann. Ich war mit meinen Eltern da (78 und 81) das ist -zumindest im Februar auch die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wer unter 65 ist, fĆ¼hlt sich hier sehr jung. Die Pools waren recht kalt. Das Sportangebot war gut. Habe es an zwei Regentagen genutzt. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

VƤldigt bra stƤdning och byte av handduk dagligen. Soffan och fƄtƶljen var ganska slitna. OtƤta fƶnster. Trots detta sƄ trivdes vi vƤldigt bra och vill gƤrna Ƅterkomma. Trevlig personal. Restaurangen var toppen med all god mat som man kan tƤnka sig. Rent och fint ƶverallt.

Gut gepflegtes und ordentliches Hotel. Dreieinhalb Sterne. Badezimmereinrichtung u. SanitƤranlage etwas veraltet aber sauber und ordentlich.Umfangreiches FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksbuffet; da fehlt nichts. Tolle AuƟenanlage mit zwei Swimmingpools. Strand zu FuƟ erreichbar.Gastronomie und Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten in HotelnƤhe vorhanden. Personal hƶflich und hilfsbereit. Strand an manchen Stellen etwas steinig. Wetter im Sept./Okt. sonnig und gut warm. Immer leichter Wind vorhanden; angenehm.

Insgesamt ein sehr befriedigender Aufenthalt Ende Februar. Man konnte auf der Terrasse mit Jacke morgens und abends in BrandungsnƤhe essen, super! Matratzen recht gut, ein Bett quietschte. Wenn man es ans andere heranrĆ¼ckte, war es ok. Studio sehr gerƤumig, ohne Meerblick gebucht, aber vom GelƤnder war das Meer zu sehen. Schƶne Terrasse, 3. Stock. Nur etwas weit zum Essen, der eine Lift sieht schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen aus. Essen mittelmƤƟig, aber sonst wird man ja zu dick. Frischbrattheke immer gut. Wer Schwimmen will zu dieser Jahreszeit, besser nach Puerto de Tazacorte fahren (20 Min). Dort ist zwar eine Art "Stufe" im Wasser, aus Sand, aber die Wellen sind schwƤcher.

Haben das Hotel nur zum Ɯbernachten genutzt.
Es war ein sehr schƶner Urlaub.Die Insel ist sehr schƶn grĆ¼n und die Wanderwege exzelent ausgeschildert.

Apartment ist sehr renovierungsbedĆ¼rftig,Mobiliar veraltet,TerrassentĆ¼re schlieƟt sehr laut, KĆ¼che ebenfalls veraltet, Bis auf eine Minikaffeemaschine keine KĆ¼chengerƤte.Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle wƤre schƶn. Das Personal in der Anlage waren alle sehr freundlich,Kommunikation manchmal schwierig. Das Essen kann ich nicht objektiv bewerten da wir nur Sylvesterabend essen waren. Das Buffet war vielseitig und toll gestaltet. Ich fand den Preis etwas (95ā‚¬ pro Person) etwas zu hoch. Ich wĆ¼rde es nicht nochmal nehmen. Die Anlage war schƶn gestaltet. Der Ort Puerto Naos ruhig, nicht Ć¼berlaufen. Erholt haben wir uns gut.

Los apartamentos necesitan reforma
Mi pareja y yo hemos estado 8 dĆ­as alojados en un apartamento, nos decepcionĆ³ muchĆ­simo fundamentalmente tratĆ”ndose de un Melia. Aseguraba tener parking pero nunca lograbas aparcar el coche en el parking del hotel y tenĆ­as que ir a un aparcamiento de arena cercano. El menaje de los apartamentos insufiente, no dejan ni un paƱo de cocina. Carecen de aire acondicionado, por lo que hacĆ­a un calor infernal. En general considero que los apartamentos necesitan una reforma, el resto de instalaciones estĆ”n muy bien en cuanto a zona comunes, piscinas y demĆ”s se refiere.

Mi estancia fue maravillosa nos trataron sĆŗper bien, fueron todos muy amables con nosotros! Al coger la habitacion tuvimos un pequeƱo inconveniente con las llaves y rĆ”pidamente lo solucionaron. El Ćŗnico problema fue cuando llegamos a coger nuestras habitaciones, que en la pagina pone que los niƱos son hasta los 17 aƱos pero en el hotel nos dijeron que era hasta los 11aƱos! Nos encanto el sitio, la tranquilidad, su gente. Muy recomendable

Het hotel is netjes goed verzorgd vriendelijk personeel etc. Van het buffet hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt, dus daar kan ik niet over oordelen. Het appartement ( waar wij verbleven) werd iedere dag schoon gemaakt en bedden opgemaakt. Enig minpuntje was de parkeergelegenheid. Als je wat later op de dag probeerde te parkeren was dit een hele opgave. Dan zou het zo maar kunnen dat je de auto op de doorgaande weg moest parkeren en naar het appartement moest lopen

Die gesamte Anlage ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr schƶn gelegen. Betten und Matratzen im Appartement waren gerade noch ertrƤglich, die KĆ¼chenausstattung sehr mager. Zimmerservice war sehr gut, FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksbĆ¼ffet hervorragend mit Blick auf Strand und Meer. Schƶner Strand, Restaurants und Strandbars topp, Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten in unmittelbarer NƤhe. Wir werden wieder dorthin gehen!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schƶn gegen das Meer. Der Strand ist nicht sehr gross und in der Woche in der ich dort war hatte es hohe Wellen, so dass ich im Pool schwimmen musste. Mit dem Bus kann man einfach in andere Regionen fahren und es werden schƶne Wanderrouten und AusflĆ¼ge angeboten. Das Essen war gut und das Hotel sauber und freundlich. Ich verbrachte eine erholsame Ferienwoche.

Apartamento Sol La Palma
Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. La otra vez estuve en una habitaciĆ³n. Esta vez fui a un apartamento de 1 habitaciĆ³n y fue una decepciĆ³n. Lo positivo es que es grande y luminoso. Lo negativo es que no tiene ningĆŗn tipo de climatizaciĆ³n, ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador de techo por lo que en dĆ­as calurosos es una sauna. Otra carencia es que no tiene secador de pelo en el baƱo. El armario empotrado de la habitaciĆ³n aunque es muy amplio para guardar mucha ropa es muy viejo y no estaba en buen estado (puerta corredera que baila, cajones que se atascan). Por Ćŗltimo, para llegar a mi apartamento habĆ­a que correr una gymcana: subir cuestas o escaleras, coger el ascensor que era viejo y pequeƱo o subir escaleras, llegar a la planta y volver a subir y bajar cuestas o escaleras. AsĆ­ que para personas con movilidad reducida puede ser complicado.
