"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. "The only criticisms about the appartment was that there was no air conditioning: it was hot in the bedroom and couldn’t sleep. The shower was awkward as the shower head faced the shower curtain so the bathroom was easily flooded. Good maid service and helpful hotel staff. Brilliant swimming pool."

No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....
