The hotel was good, the staff super cool. Only what I didn't like is the breakfast, there should be more variety and no limit, at least because breakfast is included.

Good service every day that I stay in the hotel. I recommend people to stay the Hotel Roosevelt Plaza.

we did not receive the room we booked.
the room had no lock on it, no way to lock our door.
air condition was in between two rooms.

Posted 7 Mar 2019 on HotelsTerrible experience. Highly over rated. They lied to me and said that they had no queen beds in building. Then the following day they did have one. I overpaid for one of the nights for no reason.
