La Señorita Georgina de recepción fue sumamente gentil y amable. Nos apoyo muchísimo para organizar nuestra estancia. En general todo bien, lo único lamentable es la temperatura del agua de las albercas que es helada y muchas familias vamos con nuestros niños y pues así ya no lo disfrutan.

Fue un poco decepcionante nos hicieron esperar eran las 5 y no nos daban nuestra habitación, al estar en la alberca y pedir unos nachos nos salieron varios cabellos 😒en la comida, la habitación no tenía vista no nos gustó la ubicación siendo que pagamos buena tarifa al pedir cambio de habitación se nos ignoró
