Although this property appears to be once charming, it needs to be updated. Our room was like a jail cell. No window, other than sliding door which barely locked with key, tiny, air conditioning didn’t work, no table or anywhere to put anything down, and the pillow was full of lumps-probably years and years old. I told them at front desk when we checked out, but they didn’t seem to care. Disappointing.

Thank you for taking time to comment. Although to be fair we have many different rooms with varying sizes and prices. The room you reserved was one of the most económical, and as we were at almost 100 percent capacity my staff couldn’t offer you a brighter or larger room with more furniture etc, I recommend that in the future you reserve a larger villa or suite so that you are more comfortable. It isn’t fair to say that they didn’t care as that is not true.
All my air conditioners are 1 Ton mini splits (not tiny) and are not included on the price offered dec to March as temperatures do not rise above 24-26 Celsius. The pillows are not old, are replaced every year at least, but if you had asked for a different one at reception they would have gladly given you one. Telling them at check out your needs isn’t very helpful for anyone.

En general es un lugar muy agradable, a una cuadra de la playa y con servicios muy cerca. Sólo la comunicación para darle seguimiento a la reservación y la atención en recepción deja mucho que desear.

me gusto la vista y el diseño del cuarto, lo que no me gusto fue que el baño no tenia cortina y la ubicación de la televisión estaba fija al lado de la cama, considero que debería estar de frente para ver la televisión de frente
