Arrived at 2 PM, expecting a smooth check-in, but was told my room would be ready shortly. I checked back every 30 minutes, and despite assurances that the cleaning was being expedited, I ended up waiting in the lobby until 5:13 PM. I missed dinner reservations with friends and was late to the concert I specifically came to see. Meanwhile, I watched other guests get checked in promptly and escorted to their rooms without issue. As a Hilton Diamond member (for whatever that’s worth), I felt completely disregarded—there was no urgency from the staff, just repeated empty promises. For a $1,000 per night hotel, this was an absolute failure. Terrible experience just for one night.

The temperature was perfect, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities, such as the cozy seating area and the modern, clean bathroom, added to the overall comfort. The attentive and friendly staff made the experience even better, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. It truly felt like a home away from home. The front desk manager and personal concierge are both very helpful.
