The temperature was perfect, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities, such as the cozy seating area and the modern, clean bathroom, added to the overall comfort. The attentive and friendly staff made the experience even better, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Pool service was horrible 45-60 guest and 1 server for entire pool area. Oscar was the only one working no help he was completely alone. I waited over 45 min for towels and almost two hours to get a drink. A hotel with this caliber should have plenty of staff when guest go there to relax and enjoy the pool. Valet parking took forever waited 35 min for my car. Not happy to expansive and quality of service horrible
