Room was clean and close to the Thai district and subway station. However the process of checking in more difficult than it needed to be. Beforehand I called if I could leave my luggage at the hotel as I arrived in LA early, upon arrival I was told they will not hold my luggage. The over all attitude of the staff member with his child running around was was not good either. I came back and upon check in by the same person I was told they will not accept the card I made the booking with because its a debt card and cannot run it as credit. I then told them I didn't have a credit card on me and I'd told them have to go back to the luggage storage to get it, upon return I found that staff member cancelled my reservation. Luckily the other person on staff wasn't detestable to deal with and got me checked in at the rate I had booked.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I was accidentally assigned a room, not yet cleaned but that was taken care of immediate. Close to metro transportation and very close, to hospital's, across the. The only thing was the aarea was kind of dirty . Andalittle sketchyding

Rony front desk unfriendly unprofessional ,he doesn't care about an issue i had with bathroom has big mold also i asked to accommodate me an a different room and he ignored me also i ask for refund he say no ask me to wait for next day ,,and ill wait and he gave me a room where noise was so bad next to the hospital street noise was horrible
