The property was great, and loved the Holidsy decorations. Really my only complaint was the bed. It was loud as well the center of the mattress is declining. It deserves being checked out first bed in room 1010! Thanks so much!

This is our fourth Christmas stay at the Westin Pasadena. The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The location is great: shopping is walkable and picturesque City Hall is right there. i

The room had many issues, carpet tear , curtain tears, leaky faucet, smell in bathroom.

It’s easy to shopping and visit the museum and park for short driving.
