Service excellent. Neighborhood suspicious. Easy access to Lyft Uber. I probably would not stay there again but instead select a more boutique Los Angeles hotel for a different experience. Pool closed for renovations. Music from nearby venues LOUD late into the night. Customer service was superior.

Awesome property but the front desk staff needs to work on customer service skills.

Staff and hotel is very good but the hotel is in downtown which is not the best place to stay.
