We were only in our room overnight, and had a nice, friendly, comfortable stay. Room service was especially impressive — delivered sooner than estimated (15 minutes actual vs estimated 20 minutes) — and prepared perfectly. Also enjoyed the birds-eye view of the Hollywood walk-of-fame. Fun seeing the street transition through various phases of busy-ness and peaceful throughout the evening and morning.

Beautifully restored property. Staff ws friendly. Lots of dining options. Cant beat the location. Walking distance to all the Hollywood goodness and metro line.

The staff was friendly hotel was very clean and unique ...we got a room upgrade due to gold member of expedia the room was fabulous

The property is amazing and a good location however, some things in the room we stayed in were quite dated. We could never get the air conditioner or heat to change temperature light switches that did nothing
