Didn’t provide daily housekeeping and didn’t provide towels.

The food and beverage staff was unhelpful and impatient. Waited almost an hour for a to go order for one person.

The manager at that day was unprofessional, rude and loud. Knock at my door at 10pm telling that the music was loud what is not true! He back at 10:30pm with the same complaint and act very rude ( screamed on me ) and told me that he going to put me ion a black list because I’m not falling ‘his rules”
