I had to get dressed for a wedding and check in time was in till 4 PM. I paid additional $140 to check in at seven and they didn’t check me in till 10 o’clock. The service was horrible and I paid a lot of money for one night, I paid 171 with you guys and additional 140 with commerce Casino, which was not cool

Over all our stay was ok… bed was not comfortable at all but we were disappointed how rude they were to us when we asked about ordering room service. Lady was not interested in helping us at all and had attitude. She was very helpful with other people but sent us away and told us we could order food in our room but she did not know the number for room service and told us to ask someone else and went on to serve other people.

I got a disgusting room. Pubic Hairs all over the bathroom floor, mirror and bath tub. Toilet handle didn’t work therefore I couldn’t flush toilet. I called reception and explained to them the conditions of the room, they gave me a different room right away and they told me they would compensate me for the inconvenience. I didn’t get anything. Never staying here again.
