door in the bathroom did not work, called maintenance. They never shut up the door didn’t close.

Latina girl in the reception with bat temper and rude ways to give a room (booked by expedia) it’s a constant problem book rooms in expedia automatically the people from the hotels give you the worst room

I booked this hotel because they have the largest heated pool in LA. I paid extra to get a balcony room overlooking the pool
The pool is now a Noisy construction site. Our balcony was covered in dirt that blew up from the construction site
The replacement pool is Small and shallow And the pool area is not what I would expect from this hotel
The website still shows the old pool, so it is not very clear when you are booking The hotel is under construction.

The swimming pool and relaxation area was far too small for the size of the hotel. The rooms were small as well
