Everything was fabulous. From check in to room service. I really enjoyed my stay at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel!

Most of the stay was good, however there was a problem with the bedding - it had a strong odour like sweat. Attempted to address this with reception and via email twice, however was ignored with all attempts.

Furniture around property was not comfortable. Looks great but not easy to sit and enjoy the setting. The room was a bit deceiving from the online picture. The balcony view was of a wall covering the roof equipment not really a balcony view. For $1,800/ night could have been better Dinner at the Polo Lounge was awesome. Overall experience was good and private but for the price point could have been a bit better or more clearly represented online.
