Our room smelled terrible, staff did nothing to resolve since “hotel was fully booked”. In addition, the lever on toilet was broken and window wouldn’t latch/close fully so could hear outside. Brought up issues again to morning staff and nothing done other than a stated “Sorry”. This was in what was listed as a “premium” room and for which was charged extra,
Previous stay a couple years ago was much better, but after this, will likely not return.

15$ a night for parking, rooms were nice. Coffee shop in the lobby doesn’t accept cash
