Didn’t get any benefit. No early check in . No late check out. No upgrade. Had a $2500/ night suite. Dirty carpets. Oven didn’t work. Some one in our parking spot. Ridiculous.

I love the resort. I wish parking is complimentary for your stay. Parking is very expensive.
