Reception staff made my day when they checked me in smoothly even when i arrived a day late due to delayed flight. The cleaning staffs was on time everyday and make the room clean and tidy as it was when checked in. The breakfast was nice. Overall a very pleasant and wonderful stay.

Pros: The location is good- 10 minutes drive to Santa Monica beach and 15 to 30 minutes drive LAX. It’s easy to check in. Parking is easy and convenient. Cons: The room is very small. There are no microwave and fridge in the room. There is no fountain water available.

Checkin was seamless and easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was big enough for 3 travellers and very comfortable beds. The Main Street is very noisy so not ideal for light sleepers. Otherwise, good value.

The back entrance was supposed to be closed at all times but was always left open. The front desk was made aware and nothing changed. It made the environment feel very unsafe.The towels were flimsy and very rough. Rooms need more lighting.

The room which was handicap accessible was very clean. However, the door handle to the bathroom was broken on bedroom side and toilet paper rack was loose. The terrain was especially difficult for a handicapped person to walk and not mentioned in any literature. Breakfast was lovely. I'd recommend this accommodation to others as the price is right.
