The hotel and suite itself was very nice. Trying to find a place to eat and walking distance was a little sketchy would be my only complaint.

The hotel has a great environment and excellent facilities. However, the floors are quite thin, so you can hear activities like cleaning and vacuuming from the upstairs rooms. The swimming pool is outdoors and not heated, making it unsuitable for swimming in winter. Other than that, everything else is great.

A great place to stay! Flying in to Long Beach for a cruise; complimentary airport transportation. Awesome suite for our group of 5!
