The staff was professional and courteous. The property is in a quiet residential area wirh fast access to food and shopping. Our room was VERY clean. The only problem we had was a door crooked on the hinges that caused it not to close, but maintenence fixed it the very next morning. The free breakfast was great for feeding our vacationing family before we started our day. This stay cemented Sonesta as a preferred brand for my family when we travel.

The hotel was remodeling so much of the hotel was unusable ( there was no lobby) . My favorite part of the hotel was the room. It had a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet & bathroom. One of the best spacious hotel rooms I have stayed in. I was on the 2nd floor & there was no elevator but staff was gracious enough to carry my bags. I had my dog with me & it was perfect for us. They had a breakfast but during the week it ended early (8:30), there was a lot of noise from rooms adjacent to me. Kids running & slamming doors. Noise from construction & garbage trucks. Multiple outdoor garbage cans were overflowing with garbage spilling out on the ground. Staff was also kind enough to bring me ice. I was not happy that i did not get maid service despite requesting it from the maid staff.

I love this property. Changed from staybridge to sonesta and they are remodeling lots of construction. Rooms should be half off. Limited breakfast I got a nail in my tire . Everyday a new deposit and had to pay for parking. Which they don't tell the guard which cars are staying there and if u loose it little flyer in the window u get a not saying ur gonna get towed. Well if u stay a week ur screwed. Not to mention I got a nail in my tire . The dog potty area is by the trash and construction broken glass screws nails, no dog bags but a poop and scoop. I didn't get all of my deposits back when they said they were released.Then I get told that I'm not allowed back at the hotel because the manager says there was damage but there wasn't. It's cause I complained about having to I'm pay a deposit everyday on top of 230 per night.

Please know that the hotel team works diligently to ensure that our parking lots are tidy and free of any construction debris, further, good news, the hotel will be wrapping up all of its construction within the next three weeks. Regarding your comments of damages within our guest room, the damage your pets caused both to our sofa, rug and window sill were irreparable, therefore we were unable to refund your deposit. Our primary goal is always to provide our guests with an enjoyable experience. Thank you for your feedback.

The property was under renovations
in one of the buildings, which was pretty noisy. I was not informed ahead of my check-in date. Was not comfortable with all of the workman around. I also did not expect to have to pay for parking....I paid enough for the hotel, not sure why as a paying guest I have to pay extra for that. At no other hotel that I know of do you have to do that. The staff and the food at the breakfast were very nice.
