I last left a 2 star review because the curtains had holes in them and they didn't close all the way. They replied to my comment saying they would fix the issue. Gave them a shot again and they actually did get new curtains! When I first arrived the room had a low battery in smoke detector so it kept beeping. As soon as I let them know they immediately switched me to another room no problem, very friendly.

My room was disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It smelled terrible and there was crust and dirt everywhere. Cockroaches in every corner. I didn’t last two hours before we just had to leave because it felt hazardous to even try and stay in there. Was not refunded. Never stay here, no matter what.
