Our place did not have blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. We had to request them abd when they were delivered, we asked for 2 more towels since there were only 2 in the bathroom. The kid that delivered the pillows said he would bring the towels in the morning and they never were delivered.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. I saw little cockroaches in the room, a couple everyday. I asked them to spray, they said they did. But I still saw them after.

Front desk staff were great, food staff great. Housekeeping not so great, they do a mediocre job. I understamd that they are doing upgrades to the property. Only property in the USA i know of that charges you to park in there shabby parcking lot, allthough they have security.

For your current stay, I have reduced the parking fee to 10 per night. Also, I will ensure that Maintenance is sent to your room to address the issues we spoke about. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to make your stay more comfortable.
