Dryer not working, had to wait 2 days for replacement. Requested room clean, no one showed up.

The Residence Inn was a great option for us as a family. It was close enough to the airport, for us not to get stuck in traffic. The facility was clean, quiet. The facilities were amazing, a basketball court for my son to enjoy, a pool for me and a fire pit for us to all relax around after dinner. The breakfast was amazing! Tgey had several topping options for your oatmeal. Tgey even had hot food options. I was amazed to even get turkey bacon, so there were also enough not meat options for my pescetarian daughter to enjoy. At the time of our visit the hot tub was out of order, but we had the option to use the one next door at the neighboring hotel. Which made this stay overall amazing! We would return any day. Also very close to several beautiful beaches, a quick drive.

Breakfast susages where very dry and $20 per night parking is ro much, specially when is a regular parking lot. Other than that the place is very nice and clean, with nice staff.

It’s ridiculous to charge patrons to park. Just include the parking in the room rate instead of it being a hidden cost.
