Roaches and spiders , holes in the rooms, door lock wasn’t working, cracks in the ceilings

The only redeeming value is how close it is to the cruise port! Sleeping outside might have been cleaner and warmer. 2 thin sheets do not provide enough warmth. Slept in our clothes. Pay more and stay elsewhere!

The place was falling apart, had to be given 3 different key cards before they just decided to change my room since I couldn’t get into the original room. No breakfast, no pool, and the rooms had a funky smell and lots of water damage and gunk everywhere

The facility had dead bugs around the windows and on floors! The furniture was broken and extremely dirty! It was the worst stay of my life

I will never stay there or recommend this property
Ever wall, door baseboard furniture was marked up or filthy
The amenities were non existing
Hallways dark to hide the decor or lack of decor
