Beautiful lobby but had a bar that you could never get a drink at. Also we had a room at the end of the hall which was an unbelievably long walk. One elevator in the whole place!

It was not clear when I paid for and booked an ocean view room that it was at the lobby level, looking at the slip wall and the pool of water in front of the bay rather than the ocean. There was a lot of bird poo in the patio area that was a little gross., Also, a couple of hotel bikes didn't shift properly and the 2-hour limit wasn't helpful for actually using the bikes to get places and explore.
