I pulled up your profile and see that you continued to book multiple reservations with us after this stay had occurred so I do question this rating as being genuine. I checked in, but after the staff showed me my bunk I was highly irritated by the condition of the entire space. The pillows were very dirty with stains, and they didn't see to it that they were replaced for guest's health. I complained, but he seemed unbothered. The sinks were old and nasty.
I ended up leaving immediately after that. I couldn't sleep in such a place. Waste of money; hopefully I can get a refund.

Staff were lovely and super helpful, close to Union Station and little Tokyo.
