The staff is very nice, especially Ray. The room was above average clean & plenty of lighting. Rocu TV, great tub & a VERY comfortable king sz bed. My husband & I enjoyed our stay & our kitty did also. We will be returning when we need lodging & highly recommend Oak tree as your go to motel

The concern is related to the shower being full of mold, and the area outside the room felt unsafe where a stuffed chair was hidden behind a cement post just outside the door. Sheets were very soft, and rest of room clean as possible given its age. The repairs to the shower that had been done were not done well. Staff was very nice and helpful.

It’s a nice hotel for the price. The rooms need a little touch up on the walls, but overall everything was good. Tv had YouTube. A/C was ice cold. Restroom was clean. Mini fridges work well. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ralph’s is down the street to get some snacks. No complaints. There’s a deposit, but that’s not an issue since it’s in cash and you get it right away the next morning if you don’t break anything or smoke inside. I would recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone that’s in the area.

The room was gorgeous, with an armchair and a bath tub, and a bunch of windows. If you can, ask for a room at the back of the property so the car wash next door doesn't wake you up at 6 am. Check-in staff was very friendly. Parking is pretty easy too.
