Beds and mattress complete trash.
Mattress had a permanent valley in the center from so many butts before. No trash can in room. Towel racks broken off the wall with the broken bar dirt and debris all over the counter, Tv remote and tv stop working. Had to change rooms 3x but each room condition got worse. NEVER again…

The room I was had a washcloth and hand towel, but not a bath towel. There was a large puddle of water in the bathroom, next to the tub and the toilet, which seemed to be slowing leaking from another room. I told the staff about it and the front desk gave me one towel to clean it up. Also, the TV remote didn’t work at all, so I wasn’t able to use the TV.
I know it isn’t a luxury hotel, but they failed on providing basics. I regret not paying more for a nicer place.

Disgusting. The place was filled with roaches. Our room had no trash bins. Plumbing issues which reserved us from using bathroom or shower.
