My microwave didn't work, there's no laundry facilty, no place to put soap in the shower and a bum was sleeping on the ground in a sleeping bag.

My wife, I check in to get a room the first issue dint have hot water to shower then the tv dint work.

Love the flexibility of the reservations and friendliness of the staff. Im wheelchair bound and I love that it was wheelchair accessible and that it had an elevator which was very helpful! Would definitely stay here again
