Everyone one at the hotel was great and being on the water is always a good thing.

My stay here was average. Staff not very friendly, especially Valet person. Did not feel welcome.

They did not explain that it would be very difficult to sleep in the morning because of alarm testing. I would like a refund!!!

The rooms are poorly cleaned. There are stains on the ceiling from the leaking roof. There are dead insects in the shower and on the walls. There is only one robe in the double room. I had to go three times until they brought it. There are no towels near the pool. I also had to ask and wait about 40 minutes, the dirty one got an infection. Good restaurant, bar, view of the yachts $ 400 per night is too expensive for such a place plus paid Parking

Had a couple of issues during our day however they were remedied very quickly staff for very receptive
