Great location, although our unit did not have view of beach. Limited deck availability for beach/ocean viewing.

This was the most ideal stay in Malibu… the property was perfect, the view absolutely divine. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Only thing missing was a washer and dryer but that wasn’t a make or break, just pack accordingly. The view from the room and the room’s deck is unmatched!! I wish I could’ve stayed forever!!

Terrific stay, the location was phenomenal and the space was very well thought out. We had everything we needed and a great spot to watch and play in waves.

Property was not as advertised. Expecting balcony over water/beach as pictures in advert. Pictures of owners unit should not be on the site. False advertising. Price was excessive for what we got. Property severely run Down. Gardens were a mess. Overgrown trees over gate to drive in.Unit had no views, but inside was adequate.

No hot water! Reached out to the number and they were uninterested in helping and dismissive. No offer for even a partial refund!

We received a call at 6am from Susan indicating that there was no hot water. By 8am our technician was there and decided to install a brand new water heater. The service call was immediately performed and by 11am hot water was re installed.

You're gonna feel relaxed

I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.
