Residential three bed bunk is not a motel.
Posted 17 Apr 2022 on HotelsI typed in affordable motel with a listing of affordable motels but for some deceiving way this listing which appears as a motel business changes it dialog once you pay and become a resident with three bed bunk bed me and my girlfriend immediately tried to cancel but was denied or refund for a place we never stepped a foot on and the person was rude to tell us no refund why would she put her business under motel if its not a motel i hope Hotel .com is insured when fraudulent business rip off their customers

Weird and awkward
Posted 12 Aug 2021 on HotelsWhen I knocked on the door to check in, the guy who answered said that they were full, did not know how I was able to reserve a room, and said that I would have to leave and find somewhere else to stay. When I said I would file a complaint with Hotels.com, he said that I could stay the night but I would have to leave early the next morning because he had other guests coming. I agreed to leave early because I was tired and didn't want to have to look for new accommodations that late.
The place was clean and the other guests were nice, but I would definitely not book here again. This is a house in a residential area with shared rooms / bunk beds.

I said all the regular rooms were full. So I put you in the upgraded room. You booked the SHARED SPACE HOSTEL. !!!!!!!! So you got a better room. , and you said the place was clean !!!! And you still Gave 4 outta 10 stars.ALSO YOU ASKED TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT LOL !!!!!!!!

Didn’t stay need refund
Posted 19 May 2021 on HotelsI was not able to stay there. They called me after I made the reservation stating that they could not accommodate me and was unsure as to how I was able to book. I have tried calling hotels.com many times about a refund but was always on hold for more than half hour. Please please let me know that hotels.com received this message and that they will be working on a refund.

Beautiful place Affordable ,walking distance to shops,banks,eateries, kind staff, nicely furnished.
