The building has no noise proof. I could hear people snoring from a room downstairs.

This is a good place to stay if you want a decent location at a reasonable distance from DTLA, Ktown, Hollywood etc. It was clean and pretty comfortable. However, I would not stay here again with the risk of who the other tenants would be. During my stay everyone was extremely loud even though the quiet hours were from 10-6. This was probably exacerbated from the thin walls (I assume).

I like everything is very clean and the people are very nice. What i don't like only is the location.
