A great no nonsense budget option
Posted 5 Nov 2019 on HotelsClean place. Has all the basic amenities. Check-in process was smooth. I was worried about parking at the property but you will find plenty of street parking nearby. Overall, a great no nonsense budget option.

Posted 13 Sep 2019 on HotelsI live in the area but had to book a room for personal reasons . Upon arrival a homeless lady was in the driveway getting water from the water hose . Which made me very uncomfortable. I notified the owners and they were willing to offer a refund but the response was too late due to the fact I Had already checked in .
very clean & noisy . Overall stay was ok

Good luck falling asleep
Posted 21 Aug 2019 on HotelsGood luck with parking if you're not the first or second one arriving for your stay. The house facility looks good overall, but there were many ants in our room. Beds, spring mattress were not comfy. The dog next door kept barking all night so I couldn't fall asleep. Parking isn't the only first come first serve basis, hot water is also limited. I took shower at 9am and I had to take cold shower. If you're ONLY looking for a place to sleep with a roof, I recommend it. It's right next to the highway so commute is okay, but it isn't located in a good neighborhood.
