I did my research before booking and it seemed like an OK place to stay the night. I check in and got to my room where bathroom door handles were broken, the room was very humid, and while it looked clean there were some parts of the room that needed updates.
There were other individuals outside that made the place feel unsafe especially as a woman.
I woke up the next morning and found a cricket in the sink. This place needs to update their rooms and keep them cleaner and more friendlier. i would not stay here again.

This hotel it’s on a bad spot rooms are super small and ugly will not come back at all to this place I will not recommend this place at all

I booked 2 rooms on 10/22/2022 for duration of 3 nights 12/26/2022 to 12/29/2022. On the day of check-in that is 12/26/2022 at 11:20am I got email from Expedia mentioning my booking got cancelled when called Expedia they mentioned that hotel cancelled my booking because I threatened the front desk employee with Gun. In reality I'm no where close to Los Angeles because I'm at San Francisco during that time. When called Leblanc they mentioned they didn't receive any information about my booking from Expedia. (They just kept blaming each other). When I asked Expedia for proof on the allegations hotel made against me they mentioned that hotel doesn't want to share (obviously because it didn't happen). Truth is they got a group booking and they cancelled my booking because they are unprofessional and greedy. Because of this I had to rebook different hotel and had to pay more (price difference for late booking) to stay all while I'm driving to Los Angeles. This messed up my trip. Expedia booked me with Hotel Heritage a couple blocks away from Leblanc. To my surprise after checking in I learnt that these 2 hotels are owned and managed by Leblanc and they even have same Manager. So I didn't feel like staying so called Expedia and asked if the allegations was true how come they let me stay in Hotel Heritage (their sister property) and mentioned that I would like to check out early and mentioned that I need refund for 2 night for 2 rooms as I'm checking out early.Still didn't refund
