I just wish they had checked to make sure that the shower wash soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were refilled or replaced. They were kind enough to give me an hour extension to check out. The only thing I don’t like is the smoking area closer to the hotel but was satisfied when they changed my room to another floor

This hotel needs some serious cleaning and pesticide treatment. We found a live cockroach in our room. The bathroom needs better cleaning. The bathroom sink is clogged up. The water temperature is out of control. Bad experience overall. We will never stay here.

What I liked was the location of the room in the hotel. My Dislikes: the Elevator Smelled and was very slow moving, the room was NOT that clean, the bathroom was AWFUL - i was there two nights and did not Shower -- thats how gross the Tub was - the Towels smelled, and the TV sucked -- they had No Channel choices and you were able to open up the NETFLIX App. only!!
i will Never Stay here again, they should have a way lower star rating then they claim to be!!!
