I feel like when we book with Expedia, the property tries to give you the worst of their availability. My first room was absolutely dirty (spider webs, larva/worm under the blanket), dirty bedding, filthy coffee machine and …
I asked for another room and they ditched me multiple times to finally accommodate. The excuse was that the house is full. It wasn’t and if you wanted to book online, you could. Not impressed by the behaviour.

Very nice hotel. Everything looks great. A few things that did not go so well was the iron leaked all the water onto my shirt and soaked everything. The hot water was not hot, slightly warm at best bit other than the minor things it was an ok stay

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are updated and clean, on site dining was good. Nothing to complain about.
