Looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted online. Not a hotel this a motel
Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, didn’t get extra towels when we asked. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Large Gap under the entry door. Can hear everyone around you. Breakfast was extremely limited.
The area around was a nice area, lots of shopping and nice restaurants.

The towels are not very absorbent and the pillows are pretty thin. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very nice.

Upon arriving employees where not friendly they started to talk about orher people staying there if they tip them or not and comment included nationality its not ok to talk about guest infront of other guest and then they stated to talk about personal life we as guest are not there to hear all that we are there to relax

TV remote didn’t work tried to replaced it few times and non of them worked out had to unplug TV in order to turn it off,asked for extra pillow the response we don’t have any and breakfast options were limited to bagel and cupcakes!
