I was sent to a room that was not ready with trash left in the room. Next room the heater was broken so they provided an extra blanket which was insufficient as it was cold. I would not go back. I spent 100 for the night and it wS not s great experience

Cockroach on the wall, looks like floor never cleaned, bathroom wall stain and baseboard rusty, no sink stopper on the sink and bath tub as well. I would never recommend to anybody unless they don't have any choices

False advertising, booked a room with 2 kings, they don't even offer a room with 2 kings. They have a 1 king room. We needed a 2 bed room so the manager offered a room with 2 double beds for an additional CASH charge! We had prepaid through Expedia. The manager claimed it was too late to cancel and that it wasn't his fault, so no refund for remaining days. Besides this, there is a window in the bathroom that you can't close which little bugs fly in and it is cold. The shower head was taped to the wall. The sink and tub were very slow to drain. Hair dryer plug was broken showing exposed wires. Had to go through Expedia for them to negotiate with this hotel to get a PARTIAL refund. Will NOT stay here or recommend to anyone.

Very dirty especially the bathroom!! Clogged tub, tiny insects flying around the bathroom, broken window at the bathroom which you can actually be seen outside and we just have to cover it with the towel, dead cockroach under the sink and a lipstick stain on the pillow. The guy on the front desk was nice. But overall, it was nasty. Could have found a better place. This was my first time encountering these kinds of stuff in a hotel. Staying at Motel 6 at Barstow was so much better than this hotel.
