Customer service was great and made our stay very comfortable! Quick access from the parking garage to the rooms was also very convenient. The hotel room itself was also clean and the beds were decent. My only complaint was that there was leftover food in the refrigerator, but it was a simple fix. Definitely recommend.

Clean, decent and modern hotel. Charges for parking like most Southern California hotels do. I feel it should be included with your room.

Too closed to freeway. Also when you stay in the middle floors you can hear the people on the floor above when they walk which sound like elefant step when you are trying to sleep.
