very nice people, but dirty floors

check in staff is amazing, she’s very helpful. however, the sheets and towels are dirty and stained and look like they haven’t been cleaned.

I like staff, there courteous everytime ive been there. Its clean and consistent.

Hotel was near Kaiser Permanente Ontario where we had appointments back to back.
