The property is well managed and conveniently located. Every staff interaction was top notch. Frank, at check in, set the tone for a remarkable stay. Very thorough and professional. We spent a couple of evenings in Agents Only. Great vibe, great cocktails, wonderful food, and the entertainment on Friday night was perfect.

It is so closely situated to the Pasadena convention center, going back and forth could not be more convenient.

The water pressure in the shower was AWESOME!

With this price of a hotel if more expected have at least a parking included but overnight parking was 30$

The property was great. Bummed the pool wasn't heated
