Really enjoyed our stay, although lift was broken and we were on the 3rd floor and hotel decor a little tired in front laces. The location to explore Santa Monica was great, staff very friendly and rooms well equipped and big. Big issue was no a/c and not able to open window because of noise.

I didn’t like the surprise fees in my stay. I ended up paying more than I thought. Hotel is very outdated. Elevator was out of order. Location was what made the experience better.

The elevator was not working, you had to walk 4 floors. Staff were less than helpful
