1. This hotel is very close to highway where the noise is very severe that you can hardly fall asleep.
2. Some of the service staff are very impolite.
3. Valet parking only with $40 per day. VIP voucher can be used only once even if we booked 2 rooms and stayed their multiple days.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at Hotel Angeleno. We’re sorry to hear that the noise from the nearby 405 freeway affected your experience. We do offer earplugs at the front desk for future guests who may need them. We are indeed a valet only parking property. We understand it can be frustrating to pay for parking, unfortunately, parking in the area is at a premium necessitating the parking charge. Parking is stated on all of the websites across the board. We wish you safe travels in the future.
