Great for a single night stay, had the basics, very clean. Could have had more towels, other than that had a pleasant experience.

The location of the property in terms of access to the metro and Hollywood is excellent, however the area isnt great with large numbers of homeless. The beds in the room were comfortable and clean, however the room itself was very dated. The carpet needed replacing and was stained and had numerous rips in it. We had a no smoking room supposedly, however it was clear someone had been smoking in the room; we were promised air fresheners, but none appeared. Ultimately you get what you pay for, although the rate per night isnt exactly cheap.

Terrible area and poor service

They gave me a hard time about check in. When i got into the room it was clean. When i went to use the shower, i had no water. when i called they said that they turned the water off for a little bit but had no heads up or warning. Beds were not that comfortable and the parking structure sucks, very difficult to get in and out of. It was loud at night with all the cars and very ghetto area, pictures look a lot nicer than what it is. It’s right in the middle of Thai Town.

Motel Fix

Disappointed at the lack of simple things like towel racks, decent chairs, lamps of any sort and other usually present items that most hotels have. Desk clerk lacked any real social skills and barely said a word when I arrived and left. Mostly clean but needs more modern furniture and upgrades to bring it to a Motel 6 level.

Great staff, spacious clean rooms good value.

Great staff #1, spacious, clean, secure rooms and grounds. Easy secured parking. Great value for the Hollywood location. This is a nice quiet space, very adult, families/kids not so good for that, as grounds are small, there is a pool, and attractions are a bit far.

Rude front desk staff/double booked rolm

Hotel staff was rude and double booked my room. He gave me a used room and I decided not to stay there. Hotel wouldn’t also give me a refund, I am still fighting the charge for a refund.

It was not double booked or overbooked. There was a system glitch and guest was assigned to a room that they were not supposed to be assigned. Front desk corrected the mistake right away and offered them the room they booked. The guest decided not to stay. We had the guest room ready to cehck in. We apologided for the msitake.
