Clean hotel with friendly staff! Close to LA and has good breakfast!!

Room smelled liked cigarette. TV Remote and phone didn’t work. Despite of raising complaint, staff took no action. Homeless eating at hotel breakfast.

As there was a complaint we looked into this matter, It seems that the front desk had gone immediately to fix the remote, several times during your stay. We also noted that there was no mention of smell until you checked out of the hotel, as such, we were not able to do anything with the room during your stay.
