Checked in and was given key to a room that had not been cleaned from the person before me. Went down to get that issue resolved and was then given a key to a room that the AC didn’t work. Went back down and was given a room upgrade but like the room before that one the AC didn’t work. Didn’t go back down because my wife was fed up and exhausted by that time so we just stayed. Will never stay at this property again.

I like the closeness to the airport, the view, the quiet, and the fancy style of this hotel. I didn’t like that the clerk didn’t accept the digital version of my ID which is fully official and accepted everywhere in my state. We had a hard time getting the shower to work. There seems to be no way to increase the temperature of the water without also increasing the pressure. The lever only swings one way, it’s a weird system.
