This hotel was very nice in a great location. They were able to provide a crib for my baby. Room was clean, continental breakfast was good. Easy valet parking situation.

Staff were excellent, great location for Santa Monica and the room was vast and balcony lovely to have. 24 hour coffee a nice touch and gym/pool/hot tub nice to have access to.

I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping places new linen on the bed when they turn the rooms. I was told that they do. After housekeeping came by, I realized that the same stain that was on the sheets upon checking in was still there. Watermarks remained on the night stands. Disappointing. Nobody wants to be lied to. You’re primarily paying for location here.
