The place was extremely poor to the amount of money you pay. The furniture was very old and not in good condition. The bed mattress was solid as a rock and the bed sheets were not clean. It was a total disappointment for me. I booked for a week I could not stay for one hour. I had to leave this place....

great hotel alternative

Comfortable and convenient accommodations. Excellent alternative to a hotel for a business trip. Good location for exploring Venice and Marina Del Mar. Easy access to biking trails

The apartment is lovely but the horrendously bad customer service made the stay very stressful. Even now, weeks later I have been unable to resolve a billing error.
