Rented a room for 2 days. It didnt get cleaned. It was underequipped with essentials. The towels were hand towel size. The floor was not clean.

Smell of the room was terrible, very dirty, sheets had lots of stains, bathroom dirty, terrible experience, not recomended at all

Terrible! Loud obnoxious “guests” arguing fighting and cussing. No sleep! Dirty dingy and lousy Management does not care and did nothing

This place is very dirty! First of all when we were checking in I was being charged although I said I had reservations I repeated myself like 5 times in English but the owner wanted to speak Spanish to me for whatever reason when I clearly spoke English to him. I don’t know if he wanted to impress us that he spoke Spanish but I found it very rude of him. He finally realized I had a reservation and stopped charging me. Then he said you can come tomorrow to check out at 11 and to pay and I said pay for what?! He said If I want to stay another night. This guy is ridiculous! Instead of trying to sound cool or funny he can focus on cleaning and fixing the rooms. The outlets were not working the shower head had a light stream of water and the place smells horrible. God knows when was the last time they mopped the floors. Oh and yellow stained towels!! Gross!!! Will never stay here again!

I'm sorry but just FUI the owners don't run the motel but we have a bilingual front desk which you misunderstood as owner.
